What is GMP ?

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices.
It is a set of guidelines and regulations for the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and food products.
The aim of GMP is to ensure that these products are consistently produced and controlled to the required quality standards.

What is FSSC22000?

FSSC22000 stands for Food Safety System Certification 22000.
The FSSC22000 standard is recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and provides a framework for companies in the food industry to manage and control food safety hazards. It helps to ensure that food products are safe and of high quality.

Quality test when filling capsules

In our factory, every time capsules are filled, we check for adulteration and the presence of common organisms, E. coli and coliforms to ensure the safety.

Regular safety test

Besides quality tests when filling capsules, we conduct various testings on finished product for the presence of heavy metals and harmful microorganisms.

Safer production method

We produce our NMN using a fermentation method using yeast. We prioritise minimising the risk of chemical contamination by using this method, which has lower risks than chemical synthesis methods.
